Hi, is there a platform that can help us figure out if we would be able to afford buying a home or actually more how 'high' could we go on the house price? We would like to understand if, based on our incomes, we could afford to buy a place in Switzerland, if so for how much and how much would be our mortgage payments on a monthly basis (to compare with our current rent). Does such a platform exists without having to shop around at multiple individual banks?

Hi everyone, I need some guidance or help. My upstairs neighbors have a baby and I am quite concerned for the safety of the baby. I hear the neighbors constantly screaming and fighting, like hardcore screaming. The walls are not that thin as I have neighbors on both sides of the apartment and cannot hear anything from them.

This screaming is a weekly (if not daily) occurrence, like we hear things falling and A LOT of screaming. I rarely hear the baby cry which is precisely why I am concerned.

I don’t know what is going on but I am a bit concerned and not sure how to report or make sure the baby is okay. Any recommendations to do this in an anonymous way? I wouldn’t want them to think I was reporting them or anything…

Boas, comprei uma casa há uns meses e agora estou em processo de vender esta mesma casa. Já tenho CPCV assinado e as coisas estão a andar. O probema atual é que o nome dos proprietários na Certidão Permanente continua a ser o nome do casal a quem eu comprei a casa e agora para eu a vender aos novos compradores preciso que esta mesma certidão esteja em meu nome (como já deveria estar há imenso tempo...).

Estou desesperadamente a tentar que o nome na Certidão Permanente seja alterado há meses e sem sucesso. Comprei a casa no sul país e o processo da minha Certidão Permanente está num Registo Predial em Bragança, literalmente na outra ponta do país, não sei bem porquê (provavelmente porque foi submetio pela solicitadora online e foi aleatoriamente atribuído). Já enviei vários emails e estou constantemente a tentar ligar para lá e ninguém me atende, e isto repete-se há semanas. A solicitadora que me fez a escritura (quando comprei a casa) já enviou também 3 emails ao longo dos últimos 4 meses (desde que fiz a escritura) a pedir urgência no registo do imóvel no nosso nome e continuamos sem resposta.

Já não sei que mais fazer dado que o banco dos compradores e a solicitadora da nova escritura exigem a Certidão Permanente em meu nome para oficializar a venda. Alguma sugestão do que mais posso fazer para resolver isto? Obrigado.
