Looking for green tomatoes and need them by tomorrow. I know the farmers market is probably my best shot, but need them before Saturday
I’m putting together a new dish for Steam and Smoke BBQ — a smoked pork belly BLT with fried green tomatoes — and I’m looking for around 10 pounds.
If anyone knows where I might be able to scoop some up locally, I’d really appreciate it.

Smoked the Oxtail for 8 hours over post oak, then braised overnight in a red wine and mirepoix. Pulled and shredded the next day and saved the bone marrow for the jus, reduced into a demi glaze. Served on a tostada with a gremolata, pickled onions lime zest , and demi glaze on the side.
