Terrain: How Many of Each Type and Size?

For 2000 point games, how many pieces of each type and size terrain do you need to cover most/all battleplans?

My understanding is that Large isn't really used, so I'm specifically wondering about how many Small and how many Medium pieces of each type below I would need:
