New to skincare and I need a sunscreen is this good?

I don't know if this is appropriate one for me. My skin feels dry a little bit. Is there a better version of this or better alternative?

I finally got to upgrade to a $1000 firm sealy mattress but woke up with some back pain

I took a firm mattress because I have been getting some low back pain which just hurts for most of the day with the older mattress. I decided to buy a new one instead just to invest in myself.

The mattress is amazing I genuinely feel support and the sleep for the first 2 days is amazing. However I did wake up today with some back pain. It's not as bad like in the old one however. I'm thinking this might be related to the pillow? I usually like high pillows as in I would stack 2 pillows in one pillow case because I like that firm feeling.

Could it be that the mattress is still broken in? I move a bit when I sleep turns out. Like I believe I start sleeping on my stomach, but my partner back then mentioned I sleep on my back and side sometimes.

Any advice or insight?

I can't figure out how deep my turn has to be when making right turns and I can't seem to understand how and when to make the left turn at an intersection.

When I make right turns I feel like it's enough but apparently I need to turn way more?

For left turns on an intersection, he just tells me to turn my wheel to 11 o clock. When do I start turning? He says to use the manhole ad a reference point but it's not clear at all.

Advice would be greatly appreciated not just in turning but to everything else too please. I feel like I wasted money on this teacher. I just feel more anxiety when Im being taught by this guy and I know that's not a good feeling when you're gonna be a driver.
