How do you decide which month to include the week in?

For the bujo/DIY planner friennies, how do you decide if a week belongs before or after the new month? For me, if the week only has 2 days of the previous month, I include it in the next month. If it has 3 or more days of the previous month, I include it in the previous month.

TRC Pencil Board Convert

I once swore never to buy an official pencil board, because psh why would I spend anything for a glorified piece of cardboard (even though I know it’s made of plastic) — but my brother was kind enough to get me one as a souvenir from his trip and boy was I wrong. It’s thicker and sturdier than I thought, and the texture is quite pleasant. The design is also much nicer in real life than in photos — the foil details really stand out. Writing on it feels so much better than writing on my DIY pencil boards, and I love how visible the gridlines are through the MD Cream Paper. That’s it, I am now a believer.

Journaling with the Traveler's Notebook

This is my first year using the TN system, and I love everything about it! I think it's really helped me recalibrate how I journal.

Hear me out: Being mindful of the "Traveler's Notebook" concept really helped me with getting out of the whole "I need everything (stickers, colored pens, highlighters, ephemera, etc) with me" before I could sit down and work on my journal entries just to make everything as pretty as I could. I managed to come up with a minimalist system that was an effective compromise between my "journal everywhere agenda" and "make things pretty" habits.

Instead of waiting until the end of the day or when I got home to churn out journal entries, I was able to journal whenever I felt like it, whenever I needed a couple of moments to get some thoughts out, or whenever I wanted to jot down something while the memories and emotions were still fresh. To me, this felt so freeing compared to having to wait things out until the end of the day when I'm at home and churning out the words suddenly feel like more of a chore than anything else. This was specially clear to me when I went on a three-week trip, and I could write about my day so far whenever I needed to take a break from all the walking.

I also really love how using the refill system lets me go crazy with adding pictures and ephemera without worrying about the journal getting too chunky to write in as the days go by. Bonus points that TN has MD Cream Paper inserts that are A Dream to write on!

In my 20+ years of journaling, I've tried many notebooks, journals, planners, I even went digital for a couple of years, but I'm starting to think the TN system is going to be forever for me.

I got into WindBreaker when I was going through a rough time -- I figured a nice anime with people beating each other up would feel cathartic. But it's so heartwarming and touching I can't even be mad that it's beyond what I expected.

Expectations = delinquent anime with fight scenes
Reality = delinquent anime with fight scenes that will make u cry
Reality Pro Max = Sakura Haruka and the ppl who want to spoil him and let him have nice things
