Working out with this

I have been dealing with cubital tunnel symptoms for 6 months now. It started with golfer elbow then after doing skullcrushers once i started feeling clicking in my elbows. After that the night symptoms started. I tried all different tactics. I tried lowering the volume, frequency, got into physiotherapy. It had ups and downs. Sometimes i don't feel night symptoms for a week then again for a few days. I work in medicine so i do a lot of work with my hands. When i stopped working out for a week it almost completely went away. But i couldn't stop. I'm mostly into calisthenics. For the past 2 months i have been doing a push legs pull split just 3 times a week with limited exercises. Just 1 pushup variantion on push and 1 pullup and row variation on pull. I stopped isolations for biceps and triceps. The problem still persists. I'm thinking of completely stopping training but this is very depressing. Even leg days where i was holding heavy dumbells caused problems. I don't feel any pain or problems during the exercises or the workout. It starts the next day or 2 days after. Physio told me i have very tight scapula and it doesn't move right so that may be the cause of the problem. I'm doing the physio exercises every day and we will see. What would you recommend i do? I don't want to stop training but i also want to be without problems. I have tried stopping training and that solved the problem but i DO want to train. I'm frustrated. I have already lost a lot of gains.

What activities do you do?

I was a lot into calisthenics and weight training. 4 months ago i started feeling clicking in my elbows with tricep extensions and also i got pins and needles at night in ring and pinky, i tried to continue but it keeps getting worse. So now i will probably totaly stop training upper body or maybe i will change most exercises to isolations. But i was thinking of delving into some other things. Cycling, handstand training, animal movement training, yoga? What are some activities you do or had to change?

Do you do any prevention routine/exercises to avoid injury?

As the title says. I see all these posts about this or that exercise to help or prevent shoulder injuries, knee injuries etc. I have spoken to a well known physio and he told me that doing all the basic movement patterns is enough and in the case of pain or injury you should just do some load management in terms of less volume, frequency, intensity and then slowly bring it back up.

I asked about warm ups, mobility, flexibility, foam rolling, specific exercises (external rotation of the shoulder, wrist exercises, hip exercises etc) but he said all those are not really proven to help prevent injuries if you can do basic movement patterns in the whole ROM and progress them (push, pull, squat, hinge).

He said isolation exercises can be helpful at the start of rehab when you can't do compound movements but then you train all muscles basically through the compounds.

He said doing 20min of cardio after the workout is much better for longevity than 20min of mobility work. And warm up just with the easier variation of your exercises.

I couln't believe a lot of these things. I constantly read about being mobile, doing a lot of isolation exercises in every possible angle to make every muscle as strong as possible without weak points.

What has been your experience with this?

How to target all movements

I know about the basic movements patterns and do them regularly in my upper/lower split. But how to add like pullovers, rotator cuff, posterior shoulder, forearm work, carries ... in your workout.
