Ordering the timbers to build something similar to the photo. Question is: the best way to attach the timbers to the concrete footer? Would a steel T bracket attached to the concrete with J bolts then steel extending up 16” into the timber be sufficient? Suggestions?

Got this 2000 tj last fall with 95k on the I4. Currently has 31” tires. I’m looking for some recommendations on making it a little better on a budget. Thinking a 2” suspension lift? Manufacturer? Other ideas or suggestions. Use off road on quad trails and such, lots of gravel forestry roads. Not looking to do anything hardcore as I have other toys better suited.
Yes, I know it needs a winch.
