Anyone recently gone through the Italy Investor route? How long did it take ?

I was just thinking of applying for the €250k startup route. Law says 30 days for committee review, but I'm seeing people wait 2–3 months just for the Nulla Osta. Which is honestly mind boggling to me and frustrating as well. Anyone who applied late 2025 or early 2026 how long did yours take? And is the consulate step after that another long slog?

Another dilemma I feel I am having is that I am also doing Portugal vs. Italy in my mind. Portugal sounds like a disaster right now, but Italy feels like a mystery too. I would love to hear from the experiences of people here who have been in the same boat. Any advice or word of encouragement are appreciated !!

How good are supplier bac water?

Just got my order from my supplier and it came with their own bac water. How good are these usually? They are pretty big in the grey so I am guessing it’s good? Otherwise should I just buy hospira or from other bac vendors?

Has anyone else noticed polished content getting worse results lately?

looking back at some campaigns we ran over the last year, something keeps standing out The videos that took the longest to make, with clean editing, fancy transitions, and everything looking "professional," often ended up being average performers. Then we'd throw together something that looked almost too simple. A straightforward hook, someone talking to the camera, minimal editing. Those were the ones that kept outperforming.

It feels like people have become really good at recognizing when they're being advertised to. The more an ad looks like an ad, the easier it is to scroll past. I'm starting to think the real advantage now isn't making the highest-quality creative. It's being able to test enough different ideas quickly until something connects, then investing in the winners.

My wife started TRT a week ago and her mood swings are already ruining our daily peace

My wife is 41 and premenopausal. She started taking estrogen and progesterone a while back, but she just added testosterone to her protocol about a week ago. She is apparently only taking half of the prescribed dose, but this morning she was incredibly moody out of nowhere. We got into a ridiculous, heated argument over how to list an old electric saw on Facebook Marketplace, and then she came into the kitchen and demanded I give her space, even though we live in a massive 5-bedroom townhouse and I was just standing by myself. She literally told me we do not understand each other anymore, which is completely unlike her in the 5 years we have been married. We are flying to Asia next week for a 5-week trip where we will be stuck sharing tiny hotel rooms, and I am stressed out. Does this kind of sudden, uncharacteristic aggression sound like early TRT side effects, or is something else going on?

lost more weight than I planned to and now I'm not sure what I'm doing

started with a specific number in mind. passed it about three weeks ago and just kept going because I didn't really know what to do at the goal. nobody really prepares you for hitting the target and then having to decide what comes next

CargiSema delivered 23% weight loss in the REDEFINE 4 trial but failed to beat Zepbound but is that really failure ?

I seen a lot of disappointment about the CagriSema results, and I get it. Everyone was hoping for a new champion. But lets step back and look at the actual numbers here. The REDEFINE 4 open-label phase 3 trial included 809 participants with a mean baseline weight of 114.2 kg. CagriSema achieved 23% mean weight loss at 84 weeks. Thats not failure, thats clinically meaningful weight loss. It just didnt beat tirzepatide 15 mg, which delivered 25.5%.

What makes CagriSema different is that it combines two distinct mechanisms: semaglutide (GLP-1) and cagrilintide (a long-acting amylin analog). Amylin is a hormone that tells your brain "thats enough food." By targeting a different pathway, this could be a valuable option for people who have plateaued on standard GLP-1s. An FDA decision is still expected later this year. For anyone who has maxed out on other GLP-1s or is looking for a different mechanism, CagriSema is still worth paying attention too.

Feeling less depressed on glps

I've been on tirzepatide for about a year now, and one of the unexpected benefits has been a noticeable lift in my mood. I assumed it was just because I felt better about myself, but then I came across this new study published in Cell Host & Microbe suggests there might be a completely different mechanism at play.

The researchers gave liraglutide to stressed-out mice and found that the drug accumulated in their intestines, not their brains. The liraglutide changed their gut microbiome, specifically increasing a strain called Lactobacillus delbrueckii. This bacteria produces a compound that eventually gets converted into an endocannabinoid, which is known to calm down stress-related brain regions. Even more interesting, when they gave the mice antibiotics to wipe out their gut bacteria, the antidepressant effect of the drug disappeared. But it's a mouse study, so we have to be careful about drawing conclusions for humans. And all the mice were male, so we don't know if the same mechanism works in females. But it's a fascinating alternative pathway that goes beyond the "you feel better because you lost weight" explanation.

Reta saves you money guys

I was looking through my bank statements and realized I'm spending almost half of what I used to on food. Which is wild because groceries have gotten more expensive and somehow I'm spending less.Honestly reta might be paying for itself at this point
