Can one machine handle smoothies and fruit sorbet?

Last month, I was mostly making smoothies for my kids. They're 7 and 10, and right now they're obsessed with fruit sorbet after trying some at a local farmers market a few weeks ago.

That got me thinking about making more frozen fruit stuff at home, like smoothies, smoothie bowls, and simple fruit sorbet with frozen mangoes, bananas, berries, etc.

But my kitchen is already full of gadgets and crowded. So I'm wondering whether it makes sense to replace my current blender with one machine that can handle most of this.

Anyway, I've been eyeing the canoly 3-in-1 and kuvings auto 10. Has anyone actually tried either of them for sorbet or some smoothie bowls? I'd love to hear what you have and whether it's been worth it.

Made a little pixel tribute to the “Secretary of Defense”

Okay so I made a little tribute piece for the watch corner before the tournament. Typed "Tim Howard 16 saves against Belgium 2014 World Cup Round of 16" into the Govee gaming pixel light app and let the AI generate it. Still the most accurate job title in USMNT history.

His comments about MLS have been sitting with me. He said the league was built to spend on flashy players to sell tickets, not on goalkeepers or defenders or a holding mid like Rodri. And now look where we are. Goalkeeping used to be the one position the US was consistently good at. Multiple starters in the EPL at the same time. Now it's the biggest hole in the squad.

I think he's so right.

Thankfully I got the side footage, otherwise I might’ve taken the blame

A weeks ago, another driver suddenly merged into my lane without signaling while they were right next to me. They ended up scraping my door and then just drove off. I was so so annoyed and wasn't even sure if I could prove it. When I got home and checked the dashcam footage, I was lucky to find side footage clear enough to prove this incident.

Moments like that make me really glad I'm using a 3 channel setup. I used to think it was a bit overkill, but it's useful when you need it.

Hot take: Libernovo isn't just hype

Two weeks ago, I got my Libernovo Omni. This chair gets really mixed opinions. That did make me unsure about the purchase at first.

After it arrived though, I genuinely feel like I end up with a good chair. I'm not some reviewer or ergonomic expert, so I'm not gonna throw around super technical terms or anything. Just share my experience because this chair is pretty controversial in this sub.

I got the 48cm version, and the size works well for me. I can even sit cross legged on it comfortably. The whole chair is flexible, even the headrest can be adjusted. The backrest has a lot of moving parts, probably designed to fit the body shape better. And honestly, I kinda feel that when sitting in it. It's also easy to adjust the lumbar support when leaning back. I don't get those points where part of my back/low back feels unsupported or starts getting sore after a while.

For the past 2 weeks, whenever I got tired working, I'd just lean back and relax for a bit. Even at the 4th recline angle, I can still look at my monitor. If this chair was at home instead of my office, I'd probably just watchTV like that too. Sadly it's the office...

I've seen people say the backrest and seat material get really hot. Right now the weather still isn't that warm where I am, so I haven't had that issue yet. I guess I'll see how it feels once summer actually hits.

Also saw reviews mentioning loose armrests or noises when reclining, but personally I haven't really noticed those issues on mine. After all, I think the most important thing is whether the chair actually feels comfortable for you. And I'm happy that I didn't cancel the order when I saw the mixed reviews. Now I'm just curious to see how it holds up long term.
