Hello I don't normally invest in ETB or Pokémon at all I buy pack rip them and collect or play the cards but the site I buy from was do a sweet deal on the destined rival ETB so I got one it was shipped to me and there is a small rip in the cellophane as in the pic but I know that in the investing world if the cellophane is damaged then it decreases the value is that really the case or is it just for ones that have no cellophane on?
