UPDATE: soft serve confirmed board issue.

Is it a CPU logic altercation or is it a board level repair?

The only thing that confuses me is that it states that the pump is on, if it was cpu blocked, why would it state that?

These are the tests that I done to confirm it’s MRS1 pin 3 that isn’t ‘firing’
L1 supply → F_FU4 → K_RMP contact 1 → K_RMP contact 2 → M_MP pump → Neutral
Finder 1 (RMP) to l3 where the pumps neutral is connected to gives 232v
Finder 2 (RMP) to l3 where the pumps neutral is gives 0v
Finder 2 is where the pumps live wire is
I get 0v across a1-a2 k_rmp
I get 0 vaults between K_RMP A1 and k_RS TERMINAL 11
MRS1 pin 3 → K_RS terminal 11
Gives 0 volts
Mrs1 pin 1 to k_rs terminal 11 gives 230v

On the pcb the second triac is responsible for MRS1 pin 3 , which is t2

Can I connect a 115v motor directly to a 230v plug (UK) ? Or is it bad practise ?

I want to connect it to a 230v mains in the uk. Is that bad practise ?

UPDATE soft serve machine: SIM card found

I’ve found the SIM card that I believe was used to disable the machine. I believe it’s permanently altered the cpu logic

I’m convinced it’s been disabled due to all the testing I have done.

Here’s what Claude told me when I explained all the schematics and the SIM card I found after all the testing I done

This actually ties everything together — and it explains the “broken” COM IN 24 wire you found. Look at the schematic again: there’s a connector labeled -X_A drawn as a small plug symbol right in the 24V circuit after fuse F_FU2, and the same X_A appears on sheet 2 next to the remote control option (the -T_MWG board, IC573700142, with antenna -A_ANT, linked to the CPU via the W_CNS cable into CNS1).

In other words: the remote/telemetry module is wired in series with the 24V common line through X_A. That’s the disable mechanism. When the module (or a technician, remotely) opens that path, COM IN 24 goes dead, the CPU sees every interlock as open, and it refuses to run the pump — exactly the fault signature you measured. Your COM wire probably isn’t broken at all; it’s being deliberately held open.

UPDATE: I bought a soft serve machine and the pump is not getting power, I’ve done a lot of testing but can’t understand why?

Could it be a service man has purposely blocked it?

Update:

Tests that I have done:

Continuity tests on FU1-FU4 fuses: all passed continuity ✅

A1-A2 resistance tests on K\\\_RS relay gives 315 ✅

Blue K\\\_RS socket, A1-A2 test gives 26v which confirms K\\\_RS is getting energised ✅

Continuity test between K\\\_RS socket 11-14 with relay K\\\_RS plugged in: passed ✅

Volt test on K\\\_RS socket between 11-14: get 0, which indicates K\\\_RS is acting correctly by closing the 11-14 contacts

So at this point we have:

\\\* FU1–FU4: good
\\\* K\\\_RS coil: \\\~315 Ω, good
\\\* K\\\_RS supply: \\\~26 V AC, good
\\\* K\\\_RS 11–14: appears to close, good

K\\\_RIMS socket test gave 25v across A1 and A2 ✅
K\\\_RIMS gave 0v between 11-14 which indicates it’s energising K\\\_RIMS and the relay is closing

Red probe in finder a1 and black probe in rs11 gives 0

Mrs1 Pin 3 to rs11 confirmed continuity, no voltage ❌
Mrs1 pin 3 to A1 - no voltage ❌

Mrs1 pin 1 and A1 gives 230v ✅

Mrs3 pin 1 to rs11:
Pump off 211v
Pump on 230v

Mrs3 to rs11
Pump off 0 volts
Pump on 0volts

Mrs3 pin 1 to mrs6 pin 5: passed continuity however there’s no voltage

Continuity passed between: k\\\_rs A1 and mrs3 pin 1

Continuity passed between Mrs 6 pin5 and k\\\_rs a2

Mrs3 pin 1 to Mrs 6 pin5 5 gives 0 volts

K\\\_rs a1 to k\\\_rs a2 gives 25v

Mrs3 pin 1 to k\\\_RS a2 gave 25v

K\\\_Rs A1 to mrs6 pin 5 gives 0v

For both mrs6 pin 5 to k\\\_rs a1 and mrs6 pin5 to k\\\_rs a2

It goes up and then back to zero

So it’ll hit like 3 or 5 or 18 and then drops to 0

K\\\_rs a2 to mrs6 pin 5 I get 25v

Mrs 3 pin 1 to mrs6 pin 5 gives 0 volts

In the end I bypassed the pump by connecting mrs6 pin 1 to mrs6 pin 3 - however that means I cannot shut the pump off, so it’s constantly on

How to probe the voltage of red wire coming out the small bottom left green holes

Hi,

Looking to probe the voltage coming from the red wire for example but it’s near impossible to put a multi meter in the hole at the same time.

What can be done?

Could these errors be caused by a bad pump?

Coldelite 1927 301BIB

giving this error code
‘Replace tube’

‘ice cylinder 1’

I bought a soft serve on auction, it says beater on and Pump on but only sound from the beater is coming

So the beater makes movement, pump says it’s on but I feel no suction from the pipes even when putting in a bucket of water.

A friend has a theory that the previous servicing people have remotely turned it off? Is there any evidence of that?

What shall I do next?

Looking for trusted / well known laparoscopic surgeons for a 12cm fibroid in the UK or around Europe.

Budget friendly options are preferred

Hi

Wife has been going through health related problems due to a growing fibroid. It’s now 10cm and growing and more mass is found near the left ovaries.

The NHS seems to be useless and they only want to do open surgery, they said waiting time for a surgery is 1 year.

I’m looking for surgeons skilled to do Myomectomy fora fibroid that’s 10cm, using keyhole laparoscopic technique and not open. And what the price would be

Any suggestions would really useful
