Am I crazy or are the buildings now supposed to be exactly on the corners of the template? If this is the case I'd had big implications.
What have people been doing/seeing? Are tournaments placing the buildings on the very corners or leaving some room?
I was going to put a picture of one of the deployments on here so people could easily see it but I can't attach a picture.
I'm getting some noise whenever the x-axis moves very far. I've looked online and I've tried adjusting the tension belt. The other thing it says to do is to grease the rails but I don't see the metal rails that I see in the pictures online any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
Is there a buy replacement screws for the extruder kit? I lost a few.
What's the title says I'm new to filament 3D printing. I've been using my printer for about a month now and without changing any settings I took a print off and my build plate now looks like this. I'm using elegoo pla plus and have a neptune 4 plus.

Is there any way to salvage the build plate? How do I prevent this from happening again? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I was gifted a Neptune 4 Max. It seems to do two to four prints just fine including benchy and other calibration tests and then I end up getting something like the picture below. If anyone has any suggestions on what I might do to resolve this. I've already updated the motherboard firmware and the touch screen firmware.
