Hello. My plant has been on a 24’’ pot, going to go up a couple of inches. But should I also increase the height of the moss pole? Will I be able to or should I then tie the tall stalks to it?

Any advice on what soil mix to use to pad out the new pot?
Any other tips greatly appreciated!
