A few big trees were taken down after storms in my neighborhood and I would like to plant a tree on the hellstrip in front of my house.
Am I allowed to plant what I want as long as I take care of it?
As anyone requested a tree planting from the city?

Almost 5y ago, shortly after giving birth I started to develop horrible cystic acne. I was eating healthy, sleeping well, using tretinoin, working out 4-6 times a week, cut out dairy, etc..
