Random increase in mask leak

I’ve been getting more leak than usual. Based on the feedback from this sub I increased my baseline pressure to 8 about 6-8 months ago. Does it make sense to lower the pressure now? I tried replacing my mask and I think that helped a little. I use the nasal pillows. Thanks!

WEST SIDE DEMOCRATS — PRIMARY DAY IS TOMORROW

Hi folks, my post (below) was deleted from the Buffalo subreddit (boooo) but someone in the comments said I should share it here, so here goes!

After the post in r/buffalo about my (Ali Bitterman’s) candidacy and the various comments throughout various threads (including by my fellow committee member Tina, hi Tina!), I decided that a post that summarizes all of the contested committee races and why this is even happening might be helpful.

Our slate of independent, progressive Erie County Democratic Committee candidates are up for election tomorrow.

NIA 001 — Adam Bojak & Jon Rivera

NIA 007 — Barbara Rowe & Bridge Rauch

NIA 008 — Alexandra Bitterman & Esther Rivera

NIA 012 — Will Westlake & Fabio Seballos Jr.

NIA 020 — Tina Nunez & Grace Bly

Our group of progressive neighbors on the West Side are facing a coordinated challenge orchestrated by a power-hungry, failed Assembly candidate who is trying to secure their political future by getting their paper candidates on ECDC. Many of the individuals running against us didn't even gather their own petition signatures and were simply recruited (some unknowingly!) to unseat active, progressive committee members. Their challenge even includes primarying and attacking the leadership of the Stonewall Democrats.

This primary is probably the most important in the last decade. Committee seats can have lasting effects for years to come when it comes to endorsements, party structure, and ensuring there are actually democratic processes for internal party operations. We also attend 3 or 4 meetings a year with ECDC plus debates so that we can make informed decisions on candidates seeking the Democratic endorsement and resources.

Committee members are typically quiet, hard-working volunteer positions. These are the people that knock on your door every spring gathering signatures, supporting candidates, and doing the real work to get candidates on the ballot.

Our group of candidates are active in our block clubs, work for labor unions, nonprofits, and neighborhood organizations. We are community-focused residents who have spent this election season knocking on doors and earning votes the right way.

Progressive independents remain a minority within the Erie County Democratic Committee, but we're there year after year doing often thankless work because we believe in grassroots democracy and an open party process.

If you're a registered Democrat in one of the election districts listed above, please vote for our slate tomorrow. Polls are open from 6AM to 9PM.

Thank you for your support! I promise soon you can go back to forgetting the ECDC exists if you want to(unless this has piqued your interest and now you wanna get involved haha, if so talk to me!)

Ugh my turn to take an enforced break

1.5 months short of skating for a year, second time at the skate park, I broke my pinky finger 😫 I’ve spent the last year as roller derby fresh meat and just started skating outside this spring. I can’t believe my first real skating injury wasn’t even playing roller derby! Not sure yet if I’ll need surgery…trying to stay positive though and look forward to getting back on my skates!
