In what instances have you been able to start a lease after advertised available by date for new apt?
and for how long? (a week, 2 wks, a month etc). TIA!

or are these the main methods? 👀 TIA!
TIA!
It would also be helpful if you could list the neighborhood you moved from and to and if the apt you moved to is a walk up. I might be moving and trying to get an idea of how much it would cost and at what price point of new apt does it make sense to move when taking into moving expenses and what not.
I didnt have acne before but started getting them a while after I started rinvoq 30 mg. been on the 30 mg for a little over a year. not sure why exactly the acne started but it’s on my forehead, side of face, and chest as well. wondering what products (cleanser, spot treatments/creams, pimple patches, prescriptions, etc) ppl found helpful in getting rid of the acne :( (esp if you get eczema on your face as well). worried about irritating my skin with the eczema sigh

Wondering how often apts get listed prior to like that during the 60-90 days window prior to lease start. (Mines start 9/1)
I read before bed and have a bad habit of staying up late to read when I’m reading really exciting books (mostly romance it seems tho I’ve also done that with a memoir) so looking for genres or topics that you find interesting to read before bed (for those who read before me and also don’t have self control like me to stop at a certain point when the book gets too exciting 🫠).
Looking for genres that still feel like an escape from life but not super fast paced I guess? I’m trying to read more nonfic books which I think will help but sometimes reading them feels too serious before bed for me even tho I’m not necessarily reading really intense or heavy topics. I will also probs get back into memoirs too. TIA!

wondering if you found it enjoyable even if you didn’t go on the hot air balloons. TIA!
Wondering if it’s fun to check out even if you’re not going on the hot air balloons. TIA!
wondering if anyone has any recs for the above. doesn’t have to be full sit down (can be more casual like pay at the counter then grab your food). one of the ppl in our group is vegetarian. not super familiar with the areas in between both so wanted to get recs from the community. TIA!
