what's the approval chance for my study permit application for Canada, SFU considering my current funds?

my_qualifications : MA from Ashoka
I have got funding from SFU. As I have to show funding proof, tuition plus living expenses total around 31k cad and I am still short of 7-8k? How high my chances are for getting approval for my study permit? my_qualifications is MA and I am going for another MA. Does the immigration office overlook such small financial gap considering I already have 22k funding?
