NMG (nou.to) had a challenging period as the company transitioned from development to construction at the Matawinie mine. Diluted to raise cash a few months back. Groundbreaking ceremony last month.

The project is de-risked by offtake agreements covering 70% of expected production, including deals with Panasonic Energy, the Government of Canada, and Traxys North America.

Watching for a final decision on the downstream battery material plant in Bécancour, expected in the second half of 2026.
