are there any shops on like shopee or Lazada where i can get get legit strings instead of fakes? ive seen people say to just buy in person but i dont have guitar stores nearby and the best option i have is at a mall but they're cheap strings

what do the numbers mean?

gpt says its the fingering but theres a fraction so i dont trust it

also, the piece is in 3/4, but each measure in the bottom part doesnt add up to 3 quarter notes??
