Alright so I'm a 19M, I've been in and out of the subliminal community for quite a few months(although my faith in them is not concrete), and I have a few questions for y'all:

1)What exactly IS reality shifting? Like are you actually waking up in another reality/alternate dimension type thing or not?

How are you so sure that it's not just a dream since you sleep --> witness another reality --> wake up. I mean last I checked that's just called having a dream right?
Okay let's say it feels real, sure why not but then why not just use it for certain advantages in your own reality. Say you want to know more about a person X in your cr so you just shift into another reality where you're really close with them, get to know every single detail about them, return to your cr and use that information to get closer to the person?
What are the scientific backings of reality shifting if it is real? Because if it were I'm pretty sure the military and other such organizations would use point number 3 heavily to gain information from people or their enemies

Where do i study CSE 2nd year(3rd semester) subjects from?
