The integrated bars were cleaner but too wide and too long in reach for me, any advice on which stem would be compatible and have a cleaner look? Thanks!

Feel a bit scrunched on my bike, but I also think the saddle is close to a decent height and the bars are a bit long.

Issues currently: saddle discomfort, fatigue in the lower back during long climbing days, and pain in handles occasionally, but not every time.

I also mainly climb (despite what this video shows haha).
