You don’t Need gym get jacked 💪🏿
I started working out back in 9th grade, literally doing pull-ups on the water tank ladder on my terrace . I learned chest, core, legs and pretty much everything else from YouTube and random Play Store workout apps.
Got really consistent during lockdown, stopped for a while, and eventually got back into it properly after college.
My routine is still pretty simple. I barely spend an hour working out, mostly doing full-body workouts.
My routine:
Push: Incline, decline, diamond and wide push-ups.
Core: Crunch variations, leg raises and Russian twists.
Legs: Pistol box squats, lunges, sumo squats, narrow-stance and wide-stance squats.
Equipment: A single 10 kg dumbbell.
Sets and reps: 3 solid sets of 10–20 reps.
No fancy equipment or complicated workout splits. Just learning, experimenting, staying consistent and working with what I had.
The gym is great, but it’s not the only place you can build muscle. You don’t need to wait until you can afford a gym membership to start working on yourself.
Started with a water tank ladder. Now look at the progress💪🏾
