ID the sickness; Are they goners? The Bosc has visible spider webbing. The others look like blight. Would love any advice from y'all.

We are wondering whether nurseries generally offer refunds or replacements for this.

I cleared an overgrown garden bed and would like to keep whatever this is and add something else (part sun). Looking for suggestions.
