• **Bone Health:** T-score **-1.3 (Osteopenia)**.
• **Hematology (05/12/26):** Hematocrit 46.0% | eGFR 118 | Fasting Insulin 3.2

**2. Peptide Protocol**
**Morning Protocol (08:30 AM – Fasted)**
• **Tesamorelin:** 1.0mg (Sun–Thu).
• **Ipamorelin:** 250mcg (Sun–Thu).
• KLOW Blend: 13 units (Sun–Thu).
• Note: 80mg total blend reconstituted with 3ml Bac Water.
