Recently found out I was pregnant. Im 3mo pp so currently exclusively pumping for my baby. I have an appointment w my ob on Monday but until then im wondering is it safe to continue pumping? And if so until how long? I’ve read different things online so just feeling very unsure. Any insight? (Also no clue how far along I could be as I never got a period)

Gave birth 5 days ago (baby came early at 33w5d) I was pumping colostrum days 1 & 2 and it slowly became less sticky im assuming bc it was transitioning to my milk? How many ounces per session should I be producing? Ive been pumping every 3hrs and between both breast I collect about 60mls each session is that a normal amount or when can I see my milk supply start to increase?
