As expected the court has granted Kohberger a lawyer for his post conviction motion.

Anne Taylor and her Team Won.
With Kohberger trying to withdraw his guilty plea and blaming Anne Taylor for forcing him to “falsely confess” through coercion and false promises.
Let’s be absolutely clear here: she won.
She got the State of Idaho to take the death penalty off the table and give him life without parole. The evidence was overwhelming,. A jury would of almost certainly would have sentenced him to death. Most people don’t picture that when they talk about a defense attorney winning a case.
Weeks out from a trial the whole world was about to tune in and watch, in a state that overwhelmingly wanted him executed, she still pulled it off. That’s not failure. That’s one of the hardest wins a defense attorney can get and I have to take my hat off to her. She did the Impossible.
