Anyone here worked with 5CA from Tunisia?
Hello everyone, I’m considering applying for a remote Gaming Support Agent role with 5CA and wanted to ask if anyone from Tunisia has experience working with them.
The role seems to involve customer/player support for game studios, handling account issues, technical problems, purchase-related questions, and gameplay support. I meet the basic requirements like English, gaming knowledge, Windows laptop/PC, stable workspace, and remote work experience, but I’d like to understand the real experience from people who worked there before.

- Was the training clear and paid?
- What kind of questions did they ask in the interview?
- Is the work mostly chat/email support or calls too?
- How strict are they with schedules, KPIs, and performance?
- Are shifts fixed or rotating?
- Do they require weekends or night shifts?
- How is the management/team support?
- Is the workload manageable?
- Is it a stable long-term remote job?
- Are there any red flags I should know before applying?
