Protection packages, window tint, other dumb BS they say is pre-installed and not removable. I came across the Equinox EV (I didn't know it existed) because of the GM incentives but Chevy dealers are killing that value prop and really turning me off to the brand. Is this a big reason Tesla is winning sales figures? Transparent pricing and straightforward process should not be so hard to find.
