Howdy Folks!

My soon to be Alien RPG GM wanted a good way to share messages from computer terminals, Muther, etc in our upcoming game that had that classic Alien feel, was easy to use and was lightweight.

I put together MU/TH/ER, a tool where GMs can type messages and have them display on a crew panel. You can have multiple crews panels running, on tablets, phones, computers and anything that can run a web browser (someone please get this on your smart fridge).

I've packaged this so you just need to run the docker-compose, which means you need docker. You can 100% run this on windows (With WSL, Docker Desktop and Powershell), and have it be accessible over your local network.

All of the files are in the repo so you can pull it apart and do with it what you want.

If you want to check out my previous post about tas.leweber.org please check here, It has a NPC generator, a shipyard to craft ships (including highguard), and a multi purpose sector generator and tracker (along with a trading/passenger mini game)

I've recently added a Travellers section that allows character creation. There was a ton to add, so I'd love feedback. If you log in you can save your characters, or export them in a few different formats.

It allows for full automated rolling, click the button and it rolls, or a system where you enter the numbers assuming you rolled yourself.

There is also an option for full random generation, with some config tweaks to limits terms and influence the random pattern a bit.

I've also added an option to use your saved travellers in the Void Mapper app, assigning them to ships from the Shipyard and use their skill for jump checks, trading and passengers.

No need to log in if you just want to make and export a character, logging in just let's you save it long term.

Hey Fellow Travellers!

I wanted to share a tool that I originally made for my wife and I, who love making Traveller characters and playing together using various Oracle tools.

I found myself with a lack of good or different NPCs that weren't already something we saw or used, and set out to make a tool to create NPCs based on some of the skill ranges based on experience, so we could make NPCs across tech level, classes, and experience on the fly. That turned into a ship creator, and a sector generator. The sector generator then turned into home for the random encounter tables, a speculative trading tool, and a passenger tool, as well as a way to keep notes about sectors.

Feel free to check out tas.leweber.org you can sign up to save your maps, ships and npcs, or just use guest access, you can export you map files and import them again later, print or export your ships and npcs and just test it out.

Everything here is based on the Mongoose Traveller 2E Core Book 2022, High Guard 2022 and recent World Builders Handbooks rules.
