Planning to rent out my townhouse and include written house rules (noise, visitors, damages, parking, etc.) attached to the lease contract.
Questions:
Are signed house rules legally enforceable?
Is notarization recommended or required?
What’s the proper process if tenants refuse to follow rules?
Can repeated violations be grounds for eviction/termination?
Do I need a business permit if I’m only renting out one residential property?
