Is it possible to make a storage system with everything stored in refined storage but an integrated dynamics terminal and logic system?

I really like using integrated dynamics so far but its a bit bothersome that everything I store needs to go in chests, it makes handling large quantities of items more annoying

I can't craft raw processor binding for some reason [ATM 10]

Doesn't work in RS nor my crafting table on a stick nor my normal inventory, why is this happening? Every other recipe seems fine
