Need urgent advice for kidney removal due to kidney stones

So my father who has diabetes and is 60 years old has recently found out that he has multiple kidney stones and after doing all the tests and scans, the doctor has suggested to remove the whole kidney itself. Let me share the report finds

Right kidney which has stone is reduced in size of 8.5x4.2 cm
Left kidney has enlarged to cover it 13x5.3 cm,

Right kidney has multiple stones in all calyces with largest in lower pole of 7mm,

There is a staghorn stone in renal pelvis of size 2.6x1.4cm.

Normal serum creatinine of 0.9-0.99.
Total gfr is of 68ml/min, out of which
Right kidney damaged one has 13.6 and left enlarged one has 54.6.
Overall the kidney which has stones is working at 20% and the left one is at 80%.

The written report also states:
Left kidney: Normal size, normal tracer uptake, normal drainage.
Right kidney: Small in size, grossly reduced cortical tracer uptake, delayed cortico-calyceal transit, but adequate excretion of tracer.

So the doctor says that removing the kidney is a better option because removing so many stones will leave little scar which might result in infection or some of the stones may come back.

Can you guys give your opinion?
Although one kidney is enough but what if after removing the damaged one the left over kidney also faces reduced function then what?
Does removing this much stones and stag-horn really damages the tissue?

Please suggest your experience and suggest or ask anything if i have left to share.

Fee payment

So I have just received offer conditions met email and now they want me to make fee payment.

But there is no particular amount mentioned snd simply asked to see my offer letter.

So I just pay the full 1 year fee upfront or do we need to pay semester wise?
Is there any way I can get clarity apart from waiting for their email to answer this question?

PTE scores after 2 days of practice

After the scores, it feels like I was tensed for no reason. Official PTE gives more scores than the mock one of other websites because I gave 1 full mock and other mock only section scoring wise in total and received overall score of 61 and 74 maybe ( i gave section wise only so no idea)

I gave 1st mock of 61 overall with no idea at all, received 41 in writing cause had no idea of structure.

After that I watch language pte on youtube 2.5 hrs master class and few shorts of nakul then practiced 1 mock of each section thats it.

In short i never really gave more than 10hrs to pte but scored this much and trust me, I dont have good fluency nor pronunciation while speaking. I have good typing speed so had time to read.

Just checked how to score above avg in writing and was targeting basically around 70 score overall with no section less than 60.

I also fumbled in 2 speaking questions and during the summary speaking as well.

I’m more than happy with my score given how little I practiced and fumbled during test a bit.

Received conditional offer letter but confusion with time left

Hello Everyone, need your help to understand the admission timeline.

So I’m a overseas student who has received conditional offer letter for August intake and the offer lapse date is 13th july.
Before accepting it I must show the evidences such as the insurance, finance, English test and all.

So my question is by when should i submit all this in order to wait for the verification and receiving of the unconditional offer letter and then apply for visa and be on time to attend the first day August second half.

My agent says I must do it before the end of this month otherwise they wont accept it due to delay. So just wanted to know how and when you guys followed this process because I thought I could submit it anytime before july13th.
