Recurring transfers between Joint Tenant Cash Management accounts

I have 2 Joint Tenant Cash Management accounts and I want to set up a recurring transfer between them. They both have the same joint owners. No matter which way I go about it, I am never presented the 'Recurring' option.

I also have 2 sole-owner Cash Management accounts, and the transfer screen lets me set up having recurring transfer between them just fine.

Is there an account feature that I need to turn on or something to enable this ability?
