You can increase a Little bit the part of bands fees in your budget (decrease other parts) but in m’y opinion, it will be an edition With less big headliners.

With the fee of a band like Metallica,you can have 3 heavy headliners (100 -150k€) + 10 big names (10-50k€) + 40 bands (5-10k€) + 50 bands (1-5k€)

I say YES YES YES ! ( a lot of clashes expected
)

Very good for metal music economy (crazy logistics)
