Etihad miles problems

Hi, has anyone had problem like me with the miles from etihad app. So I had a flight from FRA to ABU DHABI and then from there to Sydney and same route back. I requested miles but im not getting anything and they are not reading my mails it looks like. Can anyone give me some idea what to do? Its a bunch of miles so im not gonna leave that
