RTX 3090 issues

Just started having issues with my 3090. The pictures are right around the 10 min mark of a stress test. Over the past two days I’ve had my computer do the black flickering then just freeze 3 times while gaming. Never recovered just frozen and kept running until I turned it off (long hold on power button). When gaming probably happened about two hours in, sorta heavy game (WarDogs) GPU usually sits around 80-83c. This stress test was with side panel off as I just blew it out.

I’ve never replaced the thermal pads. (Considering doing this but never done it before)
Never had issues like this in the past.
Computer was purchased Jan of 2022 a CyberPower rig.

i7-12700k
32gb Ram
RM850 psu
No overclocking
3 monitors- 2x1440p and a 3440x1440 monitor.

Any advice is welcome, I’ve seen that these over heat but it’s been that hot in the past. I want to make sure I’ve done everything else before thermal pads as I’ve never done them. All softwares are up to date. What else do ya think?

Counseling Statements

Are you able to go back and add context to a counseling statement after everyone has signed it? I got a counseling statement a few weeks ago and didn't really agree with it but also just decided to not fight it and just sign what ever, since I knew nothing would change. I was thinking back on it and the issues that were brought up on the statement were all from one day but there is nothing about that day in the statement. I was wondering is it worth it or is there even an option to go back into it and have them put in the day that the violations were seen. It is kind of important to know the day it happened due to other things also happening that day. It just lends some context to everything.

Evaluation comments

Does anyone know who or when the comments of your evaluations are read? Is it by the DM after you acknowledge or does anyone actually pay attention to them? Is it bad to disagree with your eval or give reasons why you believe it to be wrong?

A lot of people being lost

Not really sure what is going on, in my game. The combat log just populated with a bunch of people saying they were lost. Like 50 plus people, any idea what could have happened? I don't think this has happened before in the game or I just haven't noticed it. Nothing looks new on the map like a big battle happened. Any ideas? Thanks

War progress

Does war progress not consider casualties? Also I am stuck in a loop of defending a castle I just keep killing them they re group and do it again….any help on ending it? I don’t have enough people to face them in open field but I kill enough of them before they breach the wall that they retreat.

Medical leave process

So as the title says, I am in the process of setting up a medical procedure that looks like it could have me out for 12 weeks. Has anyone gone through this as an associate? Just curious how did it go for you and steps you took in setting it up with management and the long/short term disability. Thank you as much info as you can give the better kinda nervous about bringing this up and how the disability process works. 🙏🏼

I captured Caladog what to do?

Okay so quick recap of my game, Battania is the strongest kingdom rolling over multiple other kingdoms I was with them but broke away with a couple cities and castles. We were at war then weren’t and now we are again. I was letting everyone go because I wanted to gain relationships and charm etc but I got Caladog and captured him. It still won’t let me ask for peace. Now my question should I let him go? Kill him? Or just keep holding him?

Finally started my own kingdom

So like the title says, I have left the kingdom I was with for a bit (Battania) after winning some battles. I took two Fiefs and a Castle and captured one more from them while at war. I am now at peace with everyone. Looking for some suggestions on what to do. I only have about 4k strength so obviously need some more Lords and Fiefs. What is some good ways to gain some? I am trying to go around and do quest for people but I cant do them for lords to build relationships, and I cant fight and take stuff because of the weak numbers.

Meat department “uniform”

Has anyone had problems with having a few extra thermal layers to stay warm? Under shirt, jacket vest etc. all of it being hidden under the meat coat but still there. I don’t see anything in Passport that says you can’t have an under shirt or pants with extra pockets. Just that they need to be black or khaki pants.

Thx

Why is AI so dumb

Why is the kingdom I’m apart of so dumb. They just took the castle at the top of the image. Then when the enemy army is coming for them they leave and run up a mountain, instead of staying in the castle or running to the city below them. Like why is the AI so dumb sometimes. I can’t even get to a spot to help them.

Kingdom is falling

Hey so I’m new to the game and on my first play through. The kingdom I joined is falling or seems to be. At war with three stronger kingdoms. I said we should ask for peace with the strongest and it was accepted, but the other two are still stronger. I’m not very good at battle and thinking I should jump ship. That being said I’m a Vassal. Will it ruin my game if I do? Or should I just continue and accept I my first play through may end short?
