Grill rescue scrubbing brush with Napoleon Cast Iron (porcelain coated) grids?

I'm a new grill owner, we chose the Napoleon Rogue 365 grill because it was a great price and reviews were really good. Super excited to start using it, but stressing a little about how to clean it! Literally not done this before so please be kind - just want to look after the grill properly without abusing it too much hah.

Can the Grill Rescue steam-cleaning brush be used on the porcelain coated grids? Are there any special instructions?

The manual noted:

Do not allow cold water (rain, sprinkler, hose, etc.) to contact the heated grill. An immediate temperature change will damage the porcelain and crack the ceramic burners.

But I wasn't sure if the steam cleaner was fine?

Thanks for your grill wisdom!

Virgin fiber optic failing in hot weather - consistently unusable network connection

I can barely believe it. But our fiber optic broadband does not hold up in hot weather. We moved into this area almost 2 years ago, it was already an issue the first summer and we're getting the exact same experience this summer. It is not our internal kit, we're wired, and every time we search our postcode it says there's a known connectivity issue (last year and this year). I'm pretty sure something is overheating somewhere down the connection outside.

It slows down EVERY DAY from 12pm if we're lucky and significantly slows from 3pm. By 4:30pm it's unuseable. I have had to hotspot from my mobile device since we work from home, and we've already used up 30gb of data this month.

It's expensive, and the service is basically nothing. There is no alternative fiber optics provider in my area. And I have to spend hours on the phone with Virgin just to be told it'll be fixed, so I have to call again because it's never fixed? Wtf? What can I do about this?

I'm anime only but I would like to know from manga readers (use spoiler tag in your replies if needed). In the beginning, Coco draws very confidently with chalk on fabric, and again in the dahdah test. I haven't really sensed it becoming more relevant though as a unique skill she has that could make her stand out. Does this ever happen in the manga? Or is it really just used to set certain scenes early on and then ditched?

Ever*
