I (30F, poz 3.5 years) raised $1,000 for the NY AIDSwalk this year, doubling last year’s goal.

Last year was my first year attending. I went alone and cried while walking alone, somehow I felt so isolated with a group of people that supported me.

This year my best friend and my boyfriend walked alongside me. It was fun, encouraging, inspiring. The total raised was over $1.7M, I’m just happy to have been involved.
