I love everything related to folklore in my country (Brazil) but lately I have been curious about the different stories that can be found all around the world, from different countries!
If you can share a folklore story you think is interesting or love, of where you are from, I'd love to learn about it!
I have the GeForce now app on my phone and mostly use it to play Palia.
Sometimes when I try to open the game it will get stuck in the loading screen/starting launch and won't start at all.
Yesterday this happened to me and I tried reinstalling the app and logging in and out of my steam account to see if it would fix it but it didn't. I tried a different game and it worked just fine so I figured it was a problem with Palia specifically.
Later on when I was able to access the computer I logged into steam normally and the game worked just fine, after that I closed the game and tried on the phone again and it finally worked. Today, however, I'm facing the same problem and I'm not always available to get the computer and try that method again.
Is there anything I can do to solve this?
Idk if anyone here plays Palia but if you don't you should definitely give the game a try.
The game is completely free and they have a new map coming up that will introduce mounts and the game is basically a cozy mmo.
You have many different skills so there's always something to do such as fishing, foraging, mining, gardening, hunting, bug catching, furniture making, ranching (there's a bunch of animals to choose from) and cooking (you can cook with friends and everyone gets the final dishes, even if your contribution was like 1 onion). If you go hunting and for example someone else hit the same animal as you the loot will go to both players, this goes for all skills too so you don't have to worry about someone else stealing your loots.
Besides the skills you can also decorate your house as you please, decide the layout, what mobilia to have and change their colors to your liking.
Right now the game has 3 maps (Kilima, Bahari Bay and Elderwoods) and as I said previously they're adding a new one.
You can romance 11 different npcs (5 girls and 6 guys) and if you romance more than one at the same time it won't affect the game at all.
The weakest point for me is the story because although it is super interesting and engaging they haven't finished it yet as the game is still in beta, but if you join now there's plenty to do and discover!
Something that is also huge in the game is that they have a variety of plushies that you can collect as you play, you get plushies from huntables, bugs, etc and people usually are super hype about that.
I really love the game and maybe more people out there would too, that's why I decided to make this post.
