Today I went to the court and one elderly lawyer said to me for a DLSA you will need to go to KAWERI HOTEL, MANOJ ORTHOPEDIC there will be a Gully submit that and the paper will come to me directly then I will process it.

Does someone know where this location is and what is the process and how much time does it take also what further I can do

Yesterday, we get to know that the DSP hasn't even registered a complain or any FIR even though she's a juvenile but wasted her whole week.

​

Even tho she informed the DSP about those evil's phonenumber he didn't take any action, when she calls him yesterday, asking for the complain no. He immediately cut the call.

​

I don't have anything to say about this situation, THIS COUNTRY IS SO DOOMED, the case is so simple and straightforward, we now know who the culprits are, we have evidences against them, BUT POLICE DOESNT KNOW THEIR WORK.

So, one week ago from this day on 10th June around 9:45 a.m., my girlfriend receives a call from her female tuition teacher who used to teach her years ago, She said, "kya tum abhi free ho, ek bohot urgent baat btani hai tumhein"

My girlfriend was amazed coz her tuition teacher doesn't really call her frequently.

So she replied her with "yes what happened? tell me na"

​

Then her TT says "someone on Snapchat sent me your morphed pic and the shocking part was that the person has your phone number and claiming that he even knows your address. And the twist is that this same person was added in my Snapchat from last 2 months pretending he is you"

(My girlfriend isn't at any social media & isn't even connected with any of her friends after school ended so they believed he is her, she passed 12th this year)

​

So, she told me everything at around 10:00 a.m. & and what we found is that he was in the friend list of majority of her friends on Snapchat and was impersonating her from last 2 months & today he is sending the morphed pic all over the city and in her friend list with her phone number.

​

He crossed every limit when he posted her pic on reddit NSFW with her number so that people from different countries can contact her for sex chat and something...

She even received dozens.

​

& He was in full fearless manner doing these stuff as if he doesn't really fear police and law.

​

So the same afternoon she filed an online complaint letter and called on 1930, 1930 advised her to go to the nearest cyber Thana if you want the person to get arrested.

​

& She did next morning on 11th of June Friday she went to the police station with her TT, first of all none of them was taking her seriously but blamed her only, anyways that's a different topic but DSP was good so he listened to her and got all her evidences and snap ID Reddit SS as photocopy format also in pendrive he said.

​

& Assured her they will try to catch them in a week & said "we can't do much about Reddit for now but we CAN on Snapchat"

​

My GF's TT wrote an application before leaving to summarise the whole incident in one page and then they left from the cyber POL. STA.

​

WE WERE STILL WONDERING HOW THE PERSON GOT HER PHONE NUMBER CAUSE SHE IS VERY PRIVATE IN THESE STUFF TO SHARE HER PHONE NO. OR WHATSAPP.

Could it be someone from her contact list is behind this or someone trustable though she doubted one friend "A" coz

The snap ID of that evil guy was saved with her friend's "A" phone number. So she immediately called her but her friend say that ID was hacked months ago in December and quickly cut the call. She called her friend again but this time she didn't pick up the call not even once.

5 days letter on 16th of June Tuesday... The evil guy made an Instagram account with my GF's pic as it's PFP and his bio saying JUST GETTING STARTED( skull emojis) I CAN ACCEPT DEATH BUT NOT DEFEAT ( again skull emojis)

She knew it because her another friend "B" sent her this cause my GF isn't on any online platform.

​

Now after 1 hour her friend "B" calls her again and said, "I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU ABOUT YOU REGARDING YOUR MORPHED PIC AND EVERYTHING YOU FACED IN LAST SOME DAYS.

​

NOW THE REAL PLOT TWISTS BEGIN, ALL THE MYSTERY GETS SOLVED.

SOLVED ME & MY GF'S DOUBT WHICH WE HAD FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.

Friend "B" Goes like.. **FEW MONTHS AGO IN NOVEMBER 2025, A GUY WAS TEASING AND KINDA HARASSING ME (**Told all her side of story which is relevant to me/us)

She told that she needed a new number to contact him, (so she used to brought phone from my GF for some minutes coz they had strict parents) but this time friend "A" & "B" (yes the doubted friend A) brought her phone to make a new Snapchat ID without letting my GF know about this. They somehow got the OTP prolly when my GF's attention was elsewhere. And even deleted the OTP immediately once their work got done.

Friend "B" confessed everything to my GF "how he got your number, their target was only me but the other guy ( yes there were two college student behind this) chased you too in TIMEPASS since you were my friend and account was initially registered from your number"

​

So "B" even begged her that please understand me I will get arrested and I have my future ahead, as a girl please understand me.

​

Now, my gf told everything to DSP even sent those guys phone number to the DSP.

​

Now that DSP didn't really a listened 40% of the story and said "we will investigate" his only answer/reply is "we will investigate"

​

NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY ISN'T HE NOW TAKING ANY ACTION SINCE HE HAS THEIR NUMBER ,DOES THE POLICE WANT SOME STRONG EVIDENCE? IS HE WAITING FOR THE SNAP EMAIL REPLY, OR COULD IT BE BECAUSE DISTRICT JURISDICTION. WHATEVER THE LEGAL REASONS, I DON'T KNOW

I AM NOT BLAMING THE POLICE AND THE DSP SIR, THERE WOULD BE SOME LEGAL REASONS I DON'T KNOW BUT THEY SHOULD AT LEAST GIVE HER SOME ASSURITY...

AGAIN "IM NOT BLAMING THE POLICE"

WE EVEN HAVE THE RECORDING OF ONE OF THE GUY CONFESSING ALL OF THIS (not that clear but yes) he confessed "My target was only you "B" everything that happened to that girl was my friend's PLAYFULNESS, I will say sorry to her, clear all the stuff with her (Though I can't even write here what type of text & things they (especially the other guy, the playful guy) did to my girlfriend) it's a heinous crime but the mf calling it PLAYFULNESS.

MY ONLY CONCERN IS WHY F*** MY GIRLFRIEND HAD TO SUFFER IN THIS SHIT WHEN SHE DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING, SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ANY OF THOSE GUYS, SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEIR NAMES NOT EVEN THE PERSONAL MATTER BETWEEN FRIEND "B" AND THAT GUY..

I DON'T KNOW, BUT I WANT THOSE BASTARDS TO GET ARRESTED ASAP. I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYBODY WHY THE F*** DID THEY DRAG MY INNOCENT GF IN THIS MESS!?
