GHL or Smarter Contact? SMS blasting

Are you guys using GoHighLevel or Smarter Contact for SMS blasting?

One of the things I ran into with GoHighLevel is the universal 150 to 200 messages a day limit per phone number to lower the chance of carriers flagging it.

It seems like there's not really any way to do that in GoHighLevel without manually splitting up your lists into separate automations, versus Smarter Contact, which does have the option to auto-rotate your numbers.

Unless I’m missing something, seems like Smarter Contact might be the better move. (Or any other provider recommendations appreciated!)

Where is everyone living near campus?

I'm an Incoming transfer student from Mizzou looking for off-campus housing in walking distance to campus. Where are the "student neighborhoods" everyone lives at?

And how much are you paying per bedroom where you're living at?

Best Cold SMS System??

Question for the Cold SMS Pros:

Is it more optimal to have:

Option A)
Your SMS blast provider in the SAME workspace/software as your main CRM?
(ex: GHL does text blasting + handles your main/qualified leads pipeline)

Option B)
Your SMS blast provider in a SEPARATE workspace/software from the main CRM.
(ex: smartercontact/replysmart for cold SMS pushes to GHL/ReSimpli for qualified/active pipeline)

Option A sounds great in theory to have everything consolidated... Only worry is all of the replies from unqualified leads clogging up your inbox in the CRM (unless there's a way to separate out blast campaigns from main inbox)

Option B sounds better to keep things organized, but is annoying having to call leads from a diff. number from your main CRM.

Any SMS blast provider recommendations much appreciated

Wholesaling seller finance deals

When wholesaling seller finance deals, are you disclosing to the seller that you’re not going to be the one on the promissory note?

If so, do you usually send the seller your buyers credibility/financials?

Seems like the seller would find out one way or another that you’re not the one making payments.

Can I unilaterally close the company credit card?

I am in a partnership with 2 other partners, in the process of formalizing my exit from the company. Spending has gotten out of control with expenses happening without my knowledge on the company credit card.

I am the primary account holder on the card, they are added on as authorized users. Question is, am I within my bounds to use company funds to payoff the remaining balance and close the company credit card without their approval?

Trying to protect my personal credit since to my knowledge I’m on the hook if it doesn’t get paid, not the company.

Another consideration is, if I piss them off by closing the credit card they might make the process of getting the exit agreement signed more painful than it already has been.
