I’m in college and there’s about 2-3 days a week I’m able to ship. However I have midterms this week so i haven’t had much time. I don’t get that many orders so there’s times I go a week or so and get no sales. I shipped out all orders 6 days ago. And someone bought something right after I shipped and was home so I wasn’t going to go again. Honestly got so busy with midterms and i do have in my bio I can’t always ship quickly. But I still try to send out in under the 5 days. Today I was going to ship out the rest of my orders.

This buyer opened dispute with depop. She didn’t reach out to me ever but i messaged her and she was kind of snarky understandable I felt bad I don’t like taking long time to ship. I know it’s my fault. But then I went to her profile and she literally did the same thing and didn’t even ship to two people so I feel less bad that’s what the images are. If you do the same but can’t be empathetic when someone takes 6 days.

I told her I ship today she said if I’m not then to refund. I’d be sending it late afternoon then it won’t ship until tomorrow morning probably so honestly rather refund then get a bad review this top had so many likes and offers I know I’ll sell it again. So my question is if I refund her will she be able to leave a bad review. And if she does can I get it removed
