I need someone to take over my lease for the upcoming year(Sep 2026- Aug 2027). Originally, I was going to be living at the apartments but I’m switching schools so I’m not coming back to Eugene next fall. It’s 855 a month that includes water, waste, wifi, electricity,etc. For convenience, washer and dryer are in unit. it’s 4 bedroom 2 bathroom(the room you will get is the big one off to right in the pic, the room shown is just the normal demo one) and very nice for something that’s relatively cheap than most apartments in Eugene.
