Ok so i bought a keyboard from taobao. Last week it arrived at the warehouse as im currently away i decided to let it stay there. Yesterday i got a notification that something else arrived from that seller. I checked it and its like some sort of plastic keyboard looking layout i assume is to store the keycaps... basically its just plastic in a big box. I really don't need that and don't remember reading that it was included. Can i tell superbuy to just uh dunno throw it away? Or what can i do? I don't want to pay shipping for that it's already high enough as it is for me

Tried to buy some games on steam and for some reason it told me credit card declined, i switched to paypal and it worked?? It the same card on paypal too anyone had this problem?
