We're a Dubai-based IT company filling 2 seats on our Tech team. Posting here in case it's a fit for anyone in cybersecurity/trust & safety.

The role: hunt down and take down infringing domains, phishing sites, fake apps, and brand impersonation - working with registrars, hosting providers, CDNs, and platforms like Google/Meta/Cloudflare. Reports to our Project Manager.

You'd be doing:

• Monitoring for infringing domains/apps/social accounts
• Investigating phishing, impersonation, fake platforms
• Filing takedown requests and following through
• WHOIS/DNS/IP/hosting analysis to trace bad actors
• Case tracking and trend reporting

What we need:

• 1–3+ years in trust & safety, brand protection, abuse handling, or cybersecurity ops
• Comfortable with registrars/hosting/anti-phishing workflows
• Basic DNS/IP/CDN/WAF knowledge
• Strong written communication for takedown requests
• Bonus: scripting (Python/Node/Puppeteer), SEO abuse/SERP monitoring
• Cybersecurity/IT/CS degree preferred, not required if experience holds up

Dubai-based, immediate joiner preferred.

I’ve been staking through the Crypto.com App, and something doesn’t match what everyone keeps saying online.

The common belief is:

“App staking doesn’t auto‑compound. Only the DeFi Wallet does.”

But that’s not what I’m seeing.

My staking rewards aren’t showing up as separate payouts.
They’re not landing in my wallet.
They’re not waiting for me to manually restake them.

Instead, the staking history logs them as “Staked Rewards”, and the staked amount itself increases automatically.
Not the total balance, the actual staked amount.

That’s literally auto‑compounding.

So now I’m wondering:

• Did Crypto.com update how App staking works?
• Is this only happening for certain chains?
• Is this a new unified staking system replacing the old “manual reward” model?

Check your staking history, does it show “Staked Rewards”?
Does your staked amount grow without you doing anything?

**Knowledge of phishing patterns, impersonation tactics, and online fraud

**Excellent written communication and documentation skills

**Basic technical knowledge (HTML, DNS, IP, proxies)

**Experience with automation/scripting (Puppeteer, Node.js, Python) is a plus
