Can anyone tell what's going on from how this is idling?

A few weeks ago it was idling lower than I believe it's supposed to, around 1,000 rpm. But today I noticed that it sounds different too, almost like it's bogging down.

I picked this up late last winter, all I did was clean the carbs to get it started, but I haven't done anything else with it. I want to have it ready for the snow this year. If you feel inclined, you could check out my profile and to see the video I posted several months ago, it seemed much different then.

Thanks

For homemade sushi, is Chilean Atlantic farmed sushi alright?

I know this question has been asked a ton but I feel like I have yet to come to any reasonably comfortable conclusion. With how many places there are that make sushi, I have a hard time believing that most let alone all of them follow a strict guideline for the fish, and would assume many of them are likely to buy their fish from local stores.

I understand that the farm raised is better than fresh caught, but for my purposes to be extra diligent would it just be wise to get some dry ice and do a deep freeze for 5 days or so?

Rate (or roast) my repair?

This is my livewell drain port, last time I had the boat out original o-ring busted and I started getting water intrusion, so I did a fix with 4200.

I understand the top side is a little sloppy but my goal was to just make sure it was sealed, I had a little bit of a hard time getting underneath where the valve goes over from the top side, but hopefully the totality of the bottom and top will keep me squared away.

What went wrong here? -livewell drainage port

Obviously the seal ring busted, but would this just happen suddenly after the boat has been on the water for around 10 years or so? Or does it mean that I hit something?

To replace, do I need to use any sealant or would I just be fine with a brand new o-ring?

Also, should I just replace the entire component? I kind of tore up the hex nut with my channel locks trying to get it off.

Easy fix?

This is on my tracker boat. I just got it off the water, I noticed while on the lake I was getting a uncharacteristically large amount of water out of my bilge. After getting the boat out of the water I discovered this, it appears the seal around the inlet for the livewell is not doing too well, and it looks like fiberglass is exposed.

Is this as easy of a remedy as one would envision? Pretty sure water was forced up into this area, what steps do I need to take?
