I still need to do some highlighting but this model although vary cool left me very unsatisfied with my work. Any recommendations?

This one might’ve been posted before but if not here it is.

As the title describes what do you think the odds are of the dark angels getting a veteran box? I know Sternguard already exist and I love them but nothing beats the robes these dudes were rocking and obviously they were faction specific.
