Poor man's BTN

I'll never get into BTN so what's the next best thing? I always resort to BHD when I want to grab a TV show. It's been great but sometimes when my parents want an older show I can't seem to find them.

Am I missing out on anything better?

Under-extrusion on 3 of my printers all of a sudden

Out of the blue, 3 of my 4 P1s's starting having under-extrusion problems. The first time it happened, I just replaced the complete .4 hotend thinking that would be the quick and lazy way of fixing it. Still happening. Here's everything I've done:

  1. Unclog nozzle and did cold pull, 3 times each.

  2. Replaced all of the PTFE tubes going from AM2 Pro Combo to the buffer, buffer to the printer and from the back of the printer to the hotend (they all looked in good condition).

  3. Disassembled and cleaned the hardened extruder gear (some bits of plastic but I don't think it looked too bad)

  4. Greased Z, X and Y rod/bearings, cleaned carbon rods.

  5. Cleaned plate with Dawn, tried different plates

  6. Used different filaments.

  7. Ran full calibration

At this point I truly have no idea what's causing this. I did not remove and inspect the filament buffer, but watching the printer as it's printing that seems like it's operating as it should. I was using the same batch of filament in all 3 when it started happening, but then tried different brands and types (PETG and PLA) and it's still happening. I've done the lubricating as stated in the routing maintenance since I bought the printers.

I was printing the same part I've been printing for the last year or so, same settings as I've always done.

It doesn't look like the firmware was updated before or after this happened, either.

Has anyone had a similar thing happen to their P1S? This is mind-boggling to me.
