Finished Absolute Superman Vol 1. It is truly absolute peak

I can’t express how much i loved this. The krypton story and the current time’s story works so well together. I want to talk more but it might be spoilers so I won’t.

This is easily a must read and I can’t wait to get my hands on vol 2

Completed Metroid Fusion and it surprises how well this game has aged.

Metroid Fusion was my second Metroid game, the first one being Metroid Dread; and even though it's an old game and its clearly not fair to fusion, but my expectation were quite high from this game and the game really delivered on that.

First of all, I want to mention that it blows my mind on how well this game has aged. There's not a single mechanic where I felt that "oh this sucks playing in 2026". Everything just clicks in and I can't praise the devs enough. Sure there were times where I was getting a bit annoying but that was me not experimenting enough with the boss's weakness or just having skill issue. But the game IS weirdly hard like I've received some insane damaged from normal enemies.

I also want to mention that the boss design are way too good and were the highlight of the game for me. Neo-Ridley genuinely looked something straight out of a horror dream. Nightmare creeped me out with how helpless I felt as my missiles barely reached it due to gravity. And omega Metroid took me a while to figure out how to actually do any damage. I liked SA-X too but for me it got over shadowed by ridley, nightmare and the spider boss.

Also I hate that golden statue boss so much. That has to be one of the worst boss fights I've ever experienced.

Some games I want to recommend if you don't know what to get on sale

yo I've been in this hobby for quite a while now and since we have a lot of new people joining this hobby every year, I thought of recommending some games that I personally love. I'm sure you already have the big AAA games on your list but if you have money left or want to try something different than the usual. check these games out.

All games are under Rs500 so you can even grab multiple of them. If my description is not enough, check the steam page for more info. This is for steam sale btw.

  • Catherine Classic: This is a puzzle game made by ATLUS (the studio that made persona). The story revolves around a guy named Vincent who's fear of commitment lands him in a whole lot of trouble. (price Rs362)
  • Ace Combat 7 Skies Unknown: It's an arcade flight game with stunning visuals and some crazy dogfights. If you like Top Gun Maverick, you'll love this game. Also the sequel is coming in October so this is a great time to get into this. (price Rs399)
  • Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut: One of the best stealth immersive sims I've ever played. I can't say much, you have to play it for yourself (price Rs99)
  • Final Fantasy 9: If you want to experience some of the best story that gaming has to offer than FF9 is your game. The game is turn-based which I know might be no-no for some people but it's really easy to get hang of it. You might need to install a mod but you won't regret this game. (price Rs178)
  • Dead Space Remake: Its Resident Evil but actually scary. Great Visual and fluid combat. You're in for a ride. (price Rs299)
  • Pathologic 2: This is one of the most unique game I've played. You're a doctor in a rural town that is being destroyed by a plague. You have 12 days to find a cure, do whatever it takes to survive. There's a demo too if you want to try it out. (price Rs300)
  • Hotline Miami series: Hard to explain what the game is about. But its a top down action game with some insane level of violence. oh and the soundtrack is to die for. (price: Rs48 and sequel: Rs103)
  • Grandia HD Remaster: Want to go on an epic adventure to discover the secret of an ancient civilization? yup this is the game. It's one of the most influential JRPGs of all time (price Rs264)
  • Solar Ash: It's a fast paced 3D platformer with movement that you'll fall in love within first 5mins and a world that leaves you in awe. Also the boss fights will blow your mind (price: Rs399)

All in all I can't recommend these games enough. If you have money left, please try them out.

Confused If I should divide the video in two parts or one long 40min around video

So I'm currently writing the script for Pokemon Sword and Shield. I would say I'm halfway done with it but I realized that it will be around 15-20mins long when recorded and edited; and the rest of the script will also be around 15-20mins

Since the channel is small, I'm worried that it will have lower retention because of a long video. so is that a bad idea to have one long video? If I divide it in two parts, I will connect both videos with a small gag but I'm really confused if that's a good idea or no.

would appreciate some advise.

I cant find a single gigantamax pokemon in max raids

I've spent around 40-50 hours in the game and till now I haven't encountered a single gigantamax pokemon in any of the power spots (including the one with purple/pink light). I even tried the wild area news that I saw people mention in few posts but no luck. Was gigantamax a timed thing during the game's release and now I've completely missed it out?

Gigantamax feels like such a scam to me and I really don't want to spend extra money on the DLC for the max soup.
