What’s in the KLOW?
I found this neat little infographic from a group I’m in and I decided why not share it here with you guys since there’s always going to be newbies and people fresh on peptides.

Zdi se mi, da jih že vsi jedo. Ta prašek mislim. mi lahko nekdo laično pove, kaj sploh so in zakaj so tako dobri?
Watching an influencer video or begging people for sources on reddit is not actual research. the product itself is literally the last thing you should be worrying about.
Before you even think about starting, you need to actually understand how reta works and builds up in your system. you need to know the math for mg to ml conversions, how to use a peptide calculator, how to properly reconstitute, and what supplies to buy. you also need to fully understand the side effects and how to manage your nutrition with electrolytes and protein.
If you are coming to reddit to answer every single basic question because you are too lazy to look it up yourself, you should probably just put it down. your health is the priority here. if you aren't willing to look for real answers before you begin, just do not start.
I have been on my trt protocol for a few weeks now. My energy is definitely better and I am sleeping a lot more soundly. I track my daily calories and protein closely for muscle gain, but I have not seen any major jumps in my actual lifting numbers yet. My bench and squat are still sitting around the exact same weight they were before I started. For the guys who have been on a proper dose for a while, when did you actually start seeing your strength go up in the gym? Did it happen all at once or was it just a slow increase over a few months?
I am really happy with the weight loss and lack of cravings from taking semaglutide, but the constipation has become a major issue. I already had a slow digestive system before starting the medication, but now it is so bad that I have to skip my doses just to be able to go to the bathroom. When I finally do go, it is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I have already tried using psyllium husk, Miralax, and Seed probiotics, but none of them are making a difference. The psyllium husk just makes me feel sick to my stomach. I need to find a solution that actually solves this problem. What is the most effective thing you have done to fix severe constipation while running this medication?
My girlfriend wants to try running something for a short period to help her get leaner. She is already an absolute beast in the gym, but she wants to use a compound to help accelerate some extra fat loss over the next month to two months.
I was thinking about having her do 5mg of anavar a day for 6 weeks. Does anyone have suggestions or advice on this? Is there a better option for a woman looking to do a short cycle just to lean out a bit?
Hčerka star 13 let si neprestano grize nohte. Kako jo odvadit?
I've been cruising on a regular test dose for three years now and never bothered adding hcg. my clinic offered it at the start but it was extra money and i just didnt want to deal with mixing and pinning another compound every week. my girlfriend and i are getting to that stage where she is seriously talking about wanting a baby soon and tracking her ovulation. i have not told her yet that my natural production has been completely shut down this whole time and my sperm count is probably at absolute zero.
I know some guys say to just stop taking the test completely, but stopping can take months or even years to get your sperm back and the low testosterone symptoms can be absolutely devastating. i really do not want to feel terrible for a year just to fix this. i keep reading that guys with zero sperm from taking test can recover by combining hcg with clomiphene. for anyone who was shut down for years and had to fix it, did u add those compounds on top of your normal dose or did u have to completely stop the test to get her pregnant? just trying to figure out how bad i messed up by ignoring this.
For a little background, I am 39 and have been married for about 10 years. After having three kids and dealing with a bunch of hormone issues, I gained a lot of weight. My doctor recommended I try Wegovy or Zepbound, but the pharmacy prices were completely out of my budget. I ended up finding a source online and ordering tirzepatide that way.
It is easily one of the best choices I have ever made. The weight loss was great, but the biggest relief was the constant mental chatter about food just disappearing. I could finally eat a normal meal in peace without feeling any guilt.
It also had a massive unintended side effect on my marriage. My husband and I had been growing pretty distant over the last few years. Once I started the tirzepatide, we just naturally started connecting again. Reclaiming my health basically saved our relationship.
I just wanted to share my story for anyone out there who is thinking about sourcing GLP1s and might be on the fence about it. It really can change everything.
Samo iz firbca me zanima v katerem položaju spite?
My wife and I are planning to start Reta very soon and could use some guidance. She has no experience with GLPs. I used Zepbound before and lost 155lbs but my insurance stopped covering it. I had to switch to Wegovy which did not work as well and I regained 30lbs since some bad habits came back.
She is heavier than I am right now. Because of that I am wondering if we should start on the exact same dose or if her starting dose needs to be higher. If she does need to start higher, how do I even bring that up to her without hurting her feelings?
Also what is the normal schedule to start with. Is it the same as Zepbound where you take the same amount for four weeks and then increase it? One last thing, if I order a full kit do I keep the unmixed vials in the fridge or the freezer?
